In her tenure with Neufeld, Marks & Gralnek, Erin Brady has already second-chaired a two-week jury trial, and has made dozens of court appearances on behalf of firm clients. Ms. Brady practices civil business litigation in state and federal court, and handles matters involving contract, business torts, real estate, insurance, and fraud.
Ms. Brady brings a wealth of hands-on managerial experience to her client relationships, having honed her managerial skills for over a decade with two national retail chains before going to law school. Her firsthand experiences with many of the challenges that businesses face in today's economy provide her with valuable insights for the firm's entrepreneurial clients. |
Ms. Brady graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2007, where she focused her studies on intellectual property law. At DePaul University she was a member of the editorial staff of the Journal of Arts and Entertainment Law. She is the author of "XM Satellite Radio Recording Devices: Is it Fair Use or Copyright Infringement? The next battle in the war between copyright protection and technological advancement."
